Signature Requirement Alerts Now Live

We've added a new alert system that notifies you immediately when a rate quote requires a Signature or Adult Signature option for insurance coverage. When a signature is needed, you can now re-quote with just a few clicks to ensure your shipment meets all insurance requirements and you're getting accurate insured rates from the start.

Interface Updates Coming in Q2

Next quarter, we're rolling out a refreshed client interface designed to streamline your workflow. The update will make it faster and more intuitive to navigate the platform, generate labels, add insurance, and run reports—all while maintaining the functionality you rely on.

Investigation Excellence: Two Recent Case Studies

Our security team recently shared examples of how thorough claims investigation protects our clients from unnecessary losses on their records.

In one case, a $26,000 precious metals shipment was reported missing after being marked as delivered to an apartment building in Missouri. Our investigation used GPS data and building security footage to confirm proper delivery, showing the driver delivering two boxes and other residents later retrieving them. After we shared this evidence and law enforcement became involved, the customer admitted to having the unopened package in her apartment the entire time.

In another instance, a jewelry client reported a $91,000 consignment shipment missing. Our team partnered with shipping security to conduct a comprehensive investigation using GPS tracking, internal video analysis, and an in-person visit. The evidence strongly indicated proper delivery, and just before our scheduled on-site investigation, the client located the parcel and withdrew the claim.
